Are you an experienced Social Worker who excels in supporting children and families within crisis Join our MASH service in the Integrated Front Door (IFD) for a rewarding opportunity.

Experience a seamless service with a balanced work-life schedule. The role doesnt involve case-holding as long-term work is delegated to our Support and Safeguarding Teams.

We were awarded an Outstanding rating by Ofsted in September 2023 with the IFD receiving highly positive feedback during the inspection. Although this role operates within standard working hours our service offers a 24/7 365-day response to concerns for children and young people. We offer a single access point for all contacts and referrals aligning with statutory and local guidelines for child safety and wellbeing.

This role involves collaboration with early helppartnersand area teams ensuring consistent threshold decision making at the forefront of delivery in Wiltshire.

As a MASH Social Worker your focusis on efficiently recognising and managing risk fostering positive opportunities for Wiltshires young people. You will remotely engage with partners family members and young people to make threshold decisions.

In addition to possessing the required Social Work qualifications and registration with Social Work England we seek individuals who share our return we will provide you with the comprehensive support and guidance you need to excel in your role and make a lasting difference.

This position comes with a 10% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
