A Day in the Life
The IT Business Analyst partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to drive data-driven solutions that improve processes systems and services across a global environment. This role focuses on understanding business needs translating them into clear requirements and supporting solution delivery within regulated areas such as Quality and Regulatory. The position works cross-functionally with Product Owners IT leaders and third-party partners contributing to process improvement system enhancements and value-added initiatives with strong exposure to PLM systems and global project support. This position will be Remote in Bogotá.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Engage with business leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization and data-driven improvements
- Analyze data sets and trends to define use cases that enhance products processes and services
- Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers Product Owners and IT teams to gather and document business requirements
- Drive the business agenda throughout the solution delivery lifecycle ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Support global projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams including IT support technical leads and third-party vendors
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge
- Experience working in regulated environments (Quality / Regulatory preferred)
- Fluent in English (B2 C1)
