Job Summary
Step into a highimpact role at the forefront of growth. This position is responsible for originating and winning newtobank Business & Commercial clients for Standard Bank with a strong focus on structured transactions that drive Net Interest Income (NII) growth.
Youll operate as a trusted subject matter expert partnering with clients on complex financing needs and providing leveraged acquisition finance (LAF) solutions where required. This is a role for a commercially astute dealmaker who thrives on building relationships structuring valueadding solutions and shaping sustainable growth.
Qualifications :
First Degree in Business Commerce
Experience
- 810 years experience in commercial banking or a comparable financial services environment
- Proven expertise in debt structuring and structured finance solutions
- Strong understanding of credit compliance policies systems and procedures
- Solid knowledge of industry sectors including risk profiles and emerging trends
- Sound grasp of business and financial management principles enabling you to balance growth with cost efficiency risk management and profitability
