Our client is seeking an outcome-driven Senior Data Scientist who transforms business challenges into data-enabled solutions through rigorous analysis dashboard expertise and collaborative platform engineering!

Design and deploy production-ready dashboards and analytics using SQL PowerBI AWS and QuickSight while building robust data pipelines that support reporting analytics and data-driven decision making!

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic data scientist who works comfortably close to data pipelines and production constraints excels at explaining data models and insights to business stakeholders brings strong foundations in Excel SQL and PowerBI with cloud platform experience in AWS and QuickSight collaborates naturally with platform and business teams and understands that trust transparency and governance are as important as dashboard accuracy!

• Excel: Advanced complex formulas pivot tables data modeling
• SQL: Strong querying data extraction transformation across structured/semi-structured data
• PowerBI: End-to-end dashboard development DAX data modeling and visualisation
• AWS: Experience with cloud data services S3 or related analytics services
• Amazon QuickSight: Dashboard development visualisation and deployment
• Data analysis exploration and feature engineering (EDA)
• Strong applied statistics and business intelligence foundations
• Data engineering skills: ETL design batch and streaming data processing
• Experiment design model evaluation and validation techniques
• Dashboarding reporting and data visualisation for insights and decision support
• Business problem translation and requirements understanding
• Version control and collaborative development (Git)

• Experience with distributed data systems (e.g. Kafka Spark or equivalent)
• MLOps practices (model packaging deployment pipelines monitoring awareness)
• Data governance principles (data quality lineage ownership compliance awareness)
• Model evaluation performance tracking and drift detection concepts
• Python-based data science and ML stack (pandas NumPy scikit-learn PyTorch / TensorFlow)
• Generative AI and LLM-based solution experience
• AI agent or advanced prompting familiarity
• Experience collaborating with observability and platform engineering teams
• Domain-specific knowledge aligned to business use cases

• Translate business problems into data-driven and analytics-enabled solutions
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns issues and opportunities
• Design build and maintain data pipelines to support analytics and dashboarding use cases
• Develop enhance and maintain dashboards for business optimization and growth
• Apply appropriate evaluation techniques and define success metrics for reporting
• Support operational data workflows and resolve day-to-day data processing issues when required
• Produce clear dashboards reports and visualisations for stakeholders
• Communicate insights data behaviour and recommendations to both technical and business audiences
• Collaborate closely with data engineering platform and business teams to productionise solutions
• Contribute to best practices around data quality governance and responsible use of data
