Project CoordinatorSales Support (Pharma Solid)

Summary 

The Project Coordinator/Sales Support will function as a key member of the Pharma Solid (PHS) group by coordinating PHS import projects supporting our customers and collaborating on the stock machine strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall project coordination of customer projects in the Americas Region from PO FAT SAT and warranty period.
• Support sales process customer inquiries and RFQs in an efficient responsive manner.
• Proactively manage and continuously improve internal and cross-functional processes
• Provide enhanced customer service by determining and assisting customer needs while providing answers in a timely manner in order to reduce customer down time
• Coordinate assembly testing and shipment of equipment internally and with customers
• Assist in maintaining accurate databases and inventories
•  Support sales and marketing team with coordinating PHS machines for tradeshows and events

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
•  2 years experience with customer service 
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally from time to time

Preferred Qualifications

•  Bachelors degree in business marketing or engineering
• Strong interpersonal as well as strong communication skills
•  Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Project coordination experience
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Suite and ERPs such as SAP
