Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for project excellence Join Sunwater as a Project Controls Lead where youll play a vital role in managing the relationship with project control stakeholders within the project and within the business. You will support Project Leadership Team in managing scope schedule cost contract and risk to ensure integrated reporting of project performance.

As a Project Controls Lead at Sunwater you will:

• Coach and mentor the Project controls team in the configuring/maintenance of Project controls systems consolidating Portfolio and Program Level reports.
• Lead the continuous improvement of project controls policies and processes and the ongoing development and delivery of program and project controls training.
• Lead the compliance to P3MF and IDD Controls procedures and processes including Schedule Cost Change Risk Management.
• Lead the process of collection consolidation analysis and reporting on project productivity scope schedule cost risk and change.

We are seeking a talented individual with 7 years experience in a project controls role in a complex infrastructure environment. You will have experience with Primavera P6 Contruent and Planisware (desirable) and have experience leading project controls team. You will also bring:

• P3M expertise: Experience in designing implementing and maintaining P3M tools and templates to maximise value and ensure project excellence
• Strategic vision: Ability to design and deliver project program portfolio improvement strategies and programs
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills with a knack for writing and presenting quality reports and findings to senior leadership including the Board and executive leadership team
