About the Role

This Project Lead role is like a Project Coordinator position focused on managing smaller-scale projects (typically under $500k). You will be responsible for coordinating project activities tracking progress and ensuring delivery outcomes are met within scope time and budget.

This role offers a strong development pathway with the opportunity to progress into a Project Manager position where you will take on larger more complex projects and broader stakeholder management responsibilities.

Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager youll lead the successful delivery of infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion working closely with internal teams contractors and clients to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.

What Youll Be Doing

In this role youll:

• Lead the planning coordination and delivery of projects from concept through to close-out.
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders ensuring their needs are understood and considered throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project teams and external partners to deliver successful outcomes.
• Support a culture of safety care and accountability across all project activities.
• Monitor project scope schedule budget and risks ensuring projects remain on track.
• Facilitate communication collaboration and information sharing across project teams.
• Manage procurement activities and vendor relationships.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to lessons learned initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance quality and HSEQ requirements.
