Kitchen Tune-Up of Greater Salt Lake
Top franchise reps closed $150K$250K/month last quarter.
Thats what happens when a great closer also owns their market.
Im building that here in Salt Lake and I need the right person to build it with me.
Kitchen Tune-Up has transformed kitchens for 35 Salt Lake were growing fast with a reputation built on trust and I need someone who wants to own what we build next.
THE ROLE
Close warm company-provided in-home consultations projects from $8000$80000
Target close rate: 50% on qualified appointments
Build your own pipeline through:
Custom home builders & general contractors
Interior designers & kitchen/bath showrooms
Property managers & multi-family operators
Realtors home stagers & renovation lenders
HOAs & neighborhood networks
These arent one-time contacts youre building referral sources that feed you every month
Grow into mentoring and shaping the broader sales team
Territory: Salt Lake Summit Davis & Weber Counties
THE MONEY
Base draw commission higher tier on self-generated deals
Year 1 realistic: $100K$140K
Year 2 top performers: $150K$200K
Fully uncapped
