Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the reservation process ensuring accuracy efficiency and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be organized professional and committed to delivering outstanding support to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
- Process and manage reservations through reservation management systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone email and online channels providing professional and courteous service
- Maintain accurate booking records and update reservation databases in real-time
- Handle modifications cancellations and special requests from guests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any booking-related issues
- Manage group reservations and negotiate rates when appropriate
- Monitor reservation trends and provide insights to support revenue optimization strategies
- Train and support team members on reservation procedures and customer service best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive guest information with professionalism
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a reservations or customer service role within the hospitality or travel industry
- Proficiency with reservation management systems and software platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Preferred: Fluency in Arabic and English
- Preferred: Experience with specific reservation platforms such as Opera or similar systems
- Preferred: Sales experience or background in luxury hospitality
- Preferred: Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business culture and tourism practices
- Required: Valid Saudi work authorization or Saudi national status
