Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage quality assurance and quality control activities related to heavy equipment maintenance and operations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and maintenance work to ensure compliance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Review maintenance records inspection reports and service documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify quality issues equipment defects and recurring maintenance concerns and implement effective corrective actions.
- Work closely with maintenance workshop and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and operational procedures.
- Monitor equipment condition and maintenance practices to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality efficiency and equipment lifespan.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for management regarding quality performance and equipment condition.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management Quality Control Equipment Inspection or Heavy Equipment Maintenance.
- Strong understanding of heavy equipment systems maintenance procedures and inspection standards.
- Ability to evaluate equipment condition and verify the quality of maintenance and repair work.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to prepare professional inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety reliability and operational performance.
