Job Summary
- Lead and manage Saudi Aramco projects from project kick-off to final handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate daily activities between clients engineering teams site personnel vendors and subcontractors.
- Develop project execution plans schedules manpower requirements and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project performance and take proactive measures to address challenges and maintain progress.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Armco standards company procedures and HSE regulations.
- Review project specifications drawings contracts and technical documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement practical solutions to avoid delays and operational issues.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide accurate progress updates to management and clients.
- Oversee cost control change management procurement activities and project documentation.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the successful growth of the organization.
- Proven experience managing Saudi Aramco-approved projects.
- Strong knowledge of LSPB and Work Unit Rate contracts.
- Experience within the oil & gas engineering construction industrial maintenance or EPC sectors.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of project planning scheduling budgeting and contract administration.
- A Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- PMP certification or other project management qualifications will be considered an advantage.
