- Serve as the first and primary point of contact for customers clients and guests.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding processes logistics and general inquiries.
- Support the overall inhouse customer experience including daily customer service operations training center experience and reception activities.
- Ensure customer service delivery standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Perform assignments that are generally similar in nature and moderately complex with limited instruction or supervision.
Minimum Qualifications
- Vocational or technical education in a relevant field.
- 03 years of work experience.
- Experience working on routine or moderately complex assignments with limited guidance.
