- Safety & Compliance: Take charge of evaluating medical device incidents to guarantee timely MDR regulatory submissions and strict compliance.
- Case Management: Manage the full lifecycle of complaints from initial report reception through to successful case resolution.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide your team to consistently achieve SLAs tackle complex challenges and uphold data accuracy alongside HIPAA standards.
- Technical Support & Reporting: Deliver expert technical support while maintaining precise event documentation and ensuring thorough regulatory reporting.
