Job Summary

Start Date: ASAP

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite during probationary period) Cebu

Type of Support: Voice

Shift: 8PM - 5AM (Weekends off)

Educational Requirement:

  • College Graduate

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in leading small or mid-sized teams in a BPO/call center/shared services environment
  • Knowledge of complaints management in medical device industry
  • Good oral and written communications in English
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel Power Point

Job Description:

  • Safety & Compliance: Take charge of evaluating medical device incidents to guarantee timely MDR regulatory submissions and strict compliance.
  • Case Management: Manage the full lifecycle of complaints from initial report reception through to successful case resolution.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide your team to consistently achieve SLAs tackle complex challenges and uphold data accuracy alongside HIPAA standards.
  • Technical Support & Reporting: Deliver expert technical support while maintaining precise event documentation and ensuring thorough regulatory reporting.
