With at least 4 years of BPO experience
Proficient in Advanced Excel and data tools with strong numerical and technical skills
Excellent communication skills to convey complex analyses clearly
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Adaptable self-motivated and effective both independently and in teams

Job Description:

Data Management: Expertly gather clean and organize extensive datasets ensuring data integrity and full compliance at every step.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Dive into trend analysis using advanced statistical techniques crafting insightful reports and dynamic dashboards for management.
System Maintenance: Design develop and uphold robust data models warehouses and databases to support seamless operations.
Data Accuracy: Rigorously validate data rectify discrepancies and perform routine audits to guarantee precision.
Technical Support & Collaboration: Partner with teams to address their data needs and deliver impactful training on data software tools.
