Shift: 8PM - 5AM (Weekends off)

Qualifications:
- With at least 4 years of BPO experience
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and data tools with strong numerical and technical skills
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex analyses clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable self-motivated and effective both independently and in teams
Job Description:
- Data Management: Expertly gather clean and organize extensive datasets ensuring data integrity and full compliance at every step.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Dive into trend analysis using advanced statistical techniques crafting insightful reports and dynamic dashboards for management.
- System Maintenance: Design develop and uphold robust data models warehouses and databases to support seamless operations.
- Data Accuracy: Rigorously validate data rectify discrepancies and perform routine audits to guarantee precision.
- Technical Support & Collaboration: Partner with teams to address their data needs and deliver impactful training on data software tools.
