ABOUT THE ROLE:

Handle inbound customer contacts in German via phone email and chat Assist customers with flight bookings reservations and general airline-related enquiries Provide accurate information regarding schedules policies and services Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards Follow established procedures guidelines and escalation protocols Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
German at C2 level (native or near-native) English at C1 level Strong communication listening and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment EU documentation required
