Job Summary
Our client a respected organization in Malta is currently seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team.
This role requires excellent organizational skills discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars appointments and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate meetings prepare agendas take minutes and follow up on action points.
- Handle and prioritise correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare business documents presentations and reports.
- Assist with expense claims invoices and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain organised and secure documentation in line with company procedures.
- Support office operations and liaise professionally with clients suppliers and colleagues.
- Arrange travel itineraries and logistics.
- Provide support for projects audits reviews events and business activities when required.
Requirements
- 35 years experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism discretion and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
