Area Manager Fashion Retail
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple stores within our growing fashion retail portfolio. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who is passionate about retail people development and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and profitability across a portfolio of stores
- Lead coach and develop Store Managers and their teams
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and visual merchandising
- Analyse sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
- Oversee stock management shrinkage control and operational excellence
- Build a high-performance customer-focused culture
- Support new store openings and business expansion initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Area Manager / Regional Manager in fashion retail
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercially astute with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to travel regularly between stores
- Passion for fashion and retail trends
