ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking SDR with experience in outbound sales and lead qualification. You will help drive business growth by identifying opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound prospecting
Identify engage and qualify potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline
Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to account executives
Accurately log all activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
Stay up to date with industry trends competitors and market developments
Continuously refine sales approaches to improve conversion rates
REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level)
At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling (preferably in tech or digital advertising)
Strong understanding of lead generation qualification and sales funnel management
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-driven results-oriented and comfortable working independently
EU citizenship refugee status or a valid Bulgarian residence permit (minimum 1-year validity)
