Kinesiology and Health is seeking (1) dedicated and experienced Administrative Specialist I.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Specialist I are the following:
Processing graduate assistant and part-time instructors; Oversees personal data packets for all new part-time instructors.
Processing payment reimbursements and travel for faculty and graduate research assistants.
Argos reporting-Runs a graduate assistantship status check to assure the students meet registration requirements.
Assists with the sponsored budget oversight for the Kinesiology and Health Graduate Assistant off-site contracts and stipend expenses; serves as the liaison in the occasional absence of the business manager with the Office of Sponsored Projects.
Serve as the backup administrative staff for the front desk.
Assist the business manager as required.
