What youll do:

Provide quality care for children while their parents are involved in other LP ministries
Facilitate application and interview process with prospective childcare teachers
Process childcare reservation request forms & and ensure staffing for campus events
Coordinate childcare rooms and staff according to event needs. Such as: calendar room placement scheduling teachers special food requests curriculum etc.
Floor supervision every Tuesday Wednesday and Sunday evening as well as other occasional times of childcare provided
Train and encourage childcare teachers
Prepare and submit payroll
Assist with budget preparation

Skills & Experience youve had:

Childcare staff experience preferred
Childrens ministry experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
