Were looking for a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) whos ready to step in and take ownership from day one. This isnt a learn as you go positionyoull be responsible for leading and implementing our Proteus programming across the clinic as well as lead and program adult and youth group training classes.

Responsibilities
- Lead all Proteus system programming and implementation
- Lead all adult and youth programming and follow our CAPE SOP
- Design and execute strength & conditioning programs for rehab and performance clients
- Collaborate closely with physical therapists to ensure seamless care
- Track progress adjust programs and deliver measurable results
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism energy and consistency
What Were Looking For
- CSCS certification (required)
- Strong background in strength & conditioning and performance training
- Experience with or willingness to quickly master Proteus technology
- Self-starter mentality you dont wait to be told what to do
- High energy high standards and attention to detail
- Ability to coach lead and hold clients accountable
