This is a remote position.
You will monitor and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems virtually. Using IoT smart building software and diagnostic tools evaluate equipment performance guide on-site staff or homeowners through quick fixes and determine if an in-person field dispatch is necessary.
Requirements
IoT Dashboard Literacy: Ability to read live data feeds error codes and telemetry from smart thermostats and connected commercial units. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems dispatch software ticketing tools and basic spreadsheets. Verbal Communication: Ability to translate complex technical jargon into simple actionable steps for untrained homeowners
