Job Description

User Experience (UX) Researcher III Responsibilities:

Design plan and perform comprehensive research to inform product development within mobile experience initiatives.
Generate actionable insights that influence product strategy and user experience design in high-impact projects.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure research is centered on real user needs and is integrated into the product development process.
Present research findings to senior stakeholders clearly and effectively utilizing storytelling workshops and live discussions.
Connect insights across multiple projects to develop a cohesive understanding of user needs and behaviors.

User Experience (UX) Researcher III Qualifications:

Extensive experience in user research with a background in Human-Computer Interaction Cognitive Psychology or Social Science.
Proficiency across various research methods including ethnography usability testing concept testing and contextual inquiry with familiarity in blending qualitative and quantitative data.
Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and adapt quickly to shifting workflows and emerging AI-powered UX capabilities.
Strong communication skills capable of engaging senior audiences and navigating dynamic discussions.
Deep UX expertise with a systems-thinking approach to influence cohesive user experiences.
