Marine Electrician

Job Summary

FlexForce Pros is seeking an experienced Marine Electrical Service Technician to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on older vessels. This is a hands-on role for someone who can diagnose issues without relying on schematics and work independently in the field. Company Truck will be provided.

Job Duties

• Troubleshoot and repair marine electrical systems with little to no documentation

• Service generators switchboards VFDs MCCs and motor controls

• Work on legacy systems and real-world field issues

• Perform repairs safely and efficiently on active vessels

Minimum Requirements:

Education

• High School Education or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong background in marine electrical service & repair (not just new construction)

• Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently

• Experience with generators VFDs MCCs and control systems

• Comfortable working without drawings or with limited documentation

• Reliable hands-on and problem-solver mindset

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand walk bend and stoop for extended periods

• Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly without assistance

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

• Comfortable working in a refinery environment with varying temperatures and noise levels

Work Authorization

Mustbe authorized towork in the United States.
