Lead Master Electrician

Location: Katy TX
Travel Required: Frequent travel throughout the U.S.

LK Jordan is seeking an experienced Lead Master Electrician to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on electrical leader with extensive industrial experience who enjoys troubleshooting leading crews and traveling to customer sites across the country.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites throughout the U.S. to troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving industrial controls circuits motors and plant equipment.
• Lead and supervise electricians and subcontractors while ensuring work is completed safely and meets quality standards.
• Assist with Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and review of electrical equipment and components.
• Assist with conduit layout and routing.
• Support equipment startup commissioning and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Review inspect and validate electrical work performed in the field.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes safety regulations and company procedures.
• Document troubleshooting activities repairs and field service reports.

Qualifications

• 10 years of industrial electrical troubleshooting experience.
• 5 years of experience leading or supervising electricians and subcontractors.
• Experience with industrial controls circuits motors and electrical systems.
• Experience with Emerson Rosemount transmitters is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
