Join Camphouse as a Customer Success Manager based in this role you will be the strategic bridge between our innovative platform and our largest international clients across China Singapore and the wider APAC region. Working remote but fully integrated into our global engine youll ensure that thousands of users master the future of marketing operations.

The Role: Your Mission in APAC
You will lead the regional rollout of a massive international onboarding program covering 40 markets and 7000 users. Your focus is the APAC hub ensuring seamless adoption for our clients in the APAC region while collaborating with our global teams in EMEA and North America.
What Youll Do
Regional Project Leadership: Drive and coordinate the platform rollout across multiple APAC markets. Build localized project timelines and ensure milestones are met across different time zones.
Product Localization & Quality: Act as the voice of the region. Translate specific APAC user needs (including unique requirements for the Chinese market) into clear product requirements for our Swedish dev team.
Strategic Training: Lead remote training sessions and workshops. Ensure onboarding materials are culturally and operationally relevant for diverse teams.
High-Touch Support: Provide proactive high-quality support via ServiceNow. Manage tickets with a customer-first mindset ensuring rapid resolution and local satisfaction.
Bridge the Gap: Run regular status meetings between regional APAC clients and European stakeholders ensuring alignment despite the distance.
Travel to Singapore and potential other regions will be required.
Who You Are
We are looking for a structured proactive Customer Success Manager who thrives in a cross-cultural environment.
Experience: 5 years in Customer Success or Project Management ideally within B2B SaaS or MarTech.
Regional Savvy: Proven experience working with clients in China and Singapore. Understanding the business etiquette and pace of these markets is crucial.
Communication: Professional fluency in English. Mandarin is a plus!
Tech-Minded: Comfortable with ServiceNow and complex SaaS ecosystems.
Adaptability: Ability to work autonomously from Vietnam while staying synchronized with European (CET) and Asian (SGT/CST) time zones.
