Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify gaps in SAP system implementation and develop/configure customized SAP solutions aligned with business needs.
- Perform system configuration installation data migration and testing.
- Assist the SAP Lead in identifying business requirements and driving SAP project management initiatives across domains.
- Provide support for SAP application issues and escalate complex issues in a timely manner to maintain user satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough documentation of SAP processes.
- Prepare periodic analytical dashboards and reports (progress risks budgets issues) to help the SAP Lead monitor project status.
- Conduct user training and provide support activities for SAP modules.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal SOPs.
- 100% adherence to statutory compliances
- Percentage of SAP modules/projects implemented within defined timelines
- Turnaround time (TAT) for resolving user issues and queries
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- Masters in Computer Science / IT Management / Engineering or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technology with hands-on knowledge of the SAP system.
