The Safeguarding Vulnerable People Partnership (SVPP) are looking for a Partnership Lead to help strengthen and improve multiagency safeguarding arrangements across Wiltshire.
As the Partnership Lead (Childrens) you will support the embedding of the SVPPs Quality Assurance Framework for childrens safeguarding. You will coordinate multi-agency audits case reviews and performance activity ensuring that local child protection and early help systems are effective and continuously improving.
You will work closely with the Families and Childrens System Assurance Group (FCSA) bring practitioners together and ensure their insights shape partnership priorities. You will also oversee the continued development of safeguarding datasets for the three statutory safeguarding partners as the Families First Partnership programme is embedded.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline and hold a recognised professional qualification or equivalent experience. They will bring substantial expertise in childrens safeguarding with a strong track record of effective multiagency partnership working and delivering high quality assurance activity.
