TWC Global Services is seeking a Fixed Price Project Consultant who will be support various technical and functional roles for Government Sector Enterprise.
Title - Fixed Price Project Consultant
Location- St. Johns Newfoundland and Labrador
Must-Have Skills -
Augmenting the IM HPRM Support Team:
o Assisting the existing team with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to HPRM.
HPRM Training Sessions:
o Offering training sessions and user support to ensure staff are proficient in using HPRM.
Escalation Point for HPRM Technical Issues:
o Acting as the primary point of contact for complex technical problems that the internal team cannot resolve (as there is no longer Vendor support).
o Performing regular maintenance and updates to keep the HPRM system running smoothly.
Assisting with HPRM Initiatives/Projects:
o Leading and/or supporting HPRM-related projects such as system upgrades or integrations with other software.
