Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of retail transaction technology initiatives including POS systems payment platforms and store technology solutions. The role involves managing cross-functional teams vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of secure scalable and high-performing retail transaction systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of retail transaction projects including POS systems payment solutions and store technology platforms.

Manage project planning execution timelines budgets risks and issue resolution.

Coordinate with business stakeholders IT teams and external vendors for seamless project delivery.

Oversee system integrations such as POS payment gateways and omni-channel retail platforms.

Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and other security standards.

Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint planning backlog grooming and delivery tracking.

Lead UAT activities deployment planning and store rollout execution.

Perform SQL-based data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and validation.

Track KPIs including delivery timelines system performance and transaction success rates.

Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.

Required Experience & Skills

10 years of experience in Project Management

Strong experience in Retail POS or Payment systems

Hands-on knowledge of transaction processing and retail technology ecosystems

Strong Agile/Scrum experience (Scrum Master exposure preferred)

Proficiency in SQL for reporting and analysis

Experience with project tracking tools like Jira Trello or Microsoft Project

Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and system integrations
