What will you do

• Strategize:Serve as a strategic analytics consultant to stakeholders translating business challenges into data-driven opportunities.

• Present:Facilitate regular data-driven discussions with multiple Executive-level Vice Presidents to ensure alignment between analytics outputs and stakeholder priorities.
• Present:Manage and evolve analytics specific to stakeholder needs ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality timely and relevant analytics.
• Analyze:Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to identify trends detect anomalies and generate insights for stakeholders.
• Analyze:Perform ticket and volume trend analysis to surface opportunities for automation proactive support or process refinement.
• Analyze:Interpret data to identify critical performance indicators trends patterns anomalies and areas for further analysis or hypothesis testing.
• Analyze: Provide root cause analysis support and proactively identify areas where analytics can inform experience improvement or service design decisions.
• Build:Integrate and compare data from multiple sources tools and business lines to build consistent reporting and analysis structures.

What do you need to succeed

• Education:Bachelors degree required; masters degree or graduate certifications preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Experience:Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in data analysis reporting or business intelligence.
• Skills:Strong skills using statistical reporting and business intelligence tools including Minitab Excel R SQL Hadoop Business Objects Power BI Tableau Qlik Sense Python and SAS Business Intelligence.
• Skills:Knowledge of ticketing tools such as CA Unicenter ServiceNow Remedy Siebel and CRM platforms. Basic knowledge of ITIL frameworks including Incident Life Cycle.
• Communication:Exemplary English communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and thoroughly in both verbal and written forms.
• Communicate:Ability to observe ask questions listen actively and give and receive feedback effectively. Ability to handle a large workload and multiple tasks simultaneously.
