What is the role that we need A credit operations role generally involves overseeing and managing the processes related to extending credit to customers or clients. This includes evaluating the creditworthiness of applicants processing credit applications managing existing credit accounts and ensuring that credit policies and guidelines are followed.
On a monthly basis this position will entail an update of a clients workbook for the clients portfolios:
Review process and verify collateral reports submitted by the clients
Reconcile monthly accounts receivable aging and inventory reporting
Review and calculate ineligibles based upon a pre-determined schedule
Verify clients incoming cash receipts and disbursements through bank statements
Monitor and maintain quality of portfolio by alerting the Client of any discrepancies on the reports
Monitor and ensure all documents are correctly saved in their respective folders and update accurately the Borrowers Listing file
Set up new workbooks from potential clients during the transition of a deal from due diligence to closing
Any other related processes required by the Client

- The candidate should have an understanding of general accounting principles including financial statements
- Knowledge of financial covenants and bank reconciliation
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Keen attention to details
- Computer and internet proficient
- Can work with minimal supervision and can deliver high-quality output
- Must be highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively
- Must be proactive motivated detail-oriented a team player and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics
- Education and Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Financial
- Management Economics Accounting or other related business course
- Can be a fresh graduate or with 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance industry
Required Skills:
Graduate of Accounting or Equivalent (Accounting Technology) Candidate should have between 1-3 years of experience doing bookkeeping functions. Working in the Accounts Payable Department is an advantage. Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting Knowledgeable in spreadsheet computing application and word processing applications Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance policies and procedures QuickBooks experience is a plus Can work independently to conform to tight deadlines Has an excellent English written and oral communication skills Good analytical ability with excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills and outstanding attention to details Must be proactive motivated detail-oriented a team player and be able to implement any Service Level Agreement and metrics as per agreed with the client Must have excellent typing skills Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
