Senior Analyst, Process Excellence

Edwards Lifesciences is expanding its global technology capabilities with the launch of a new IT Innovation Hub in Pune India. The Hub strengthens the technology foundation that supports our business worldwide working in close partnership with teams across regions to deliver reliable high-quality solutions at scale. Designed as a long-term investment the Pune Hub will advance newer digital capabilities such as automation data AI and cloud and will include roles spanning end user services application development and enterprise platform teams. Together these teams will help Edwards operate more efficiently and accelerate innovation in support of our mission of advancing patient care.

The Senior Analyst Process Excellence supports Edwards enterprise BPM capability by delivering analytical insights that drive process understanding and improvement. This role applies process mining KPI analytics and BPMN documentation to identify performance drivers and improvement opportunities across enterprise processes.

How youll make an impact:

• Analyze endtoend process execution using process mining and analytics techniques
• Build KPI dashboards conformance views and ongoing monitoring analyses.
• Link analytical evidence to BPMN L3L4 process models and improvement recommendations.
• Other analysis documentation and workshop support activities.

What youll need (Required):

• Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Engineering Information Systems or related field.
• 5 years of experience in process analysis operational analytics or continuous improvement.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with transactional data.
• Handson experience documenting processes using BPMN.
• Strong analytical storytelling and communication skills.

What else we look for (Preferred):

• Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis.
• Experience with ERPdriven business processes.
• Lean / Six Sigma training or certification.
