Position Summary
Brookfield Renewable NA is hiring a temporary HR Recordkeeper. This position will support the Human Resources Department in organizing and digitizing employee records. This is a 68-week on-site assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Review organize and sort paper employee records into individual employee files
Scan and electronically file records in accordance with established procedures
Accurately index and label digital files for retrieval
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Follow all record handling privacy and data protection protocols
Support HR with other clerical or administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Basic computer skills and comfort working with scanners and electronic files
Ability to work independently and follow standardized instructions
Prior administrative clerical or records management experience is a plus
