Perform basic QuickBooks data entry and routine clerical tracking tasks.
Take detailed operational notes and provide general office administrative support.
Maintain a highly organized front desk handling filing data logs and mail.
Details for Temporary Office Assistant:
Pay Rate:$20.00 / hour.
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM.
Project Dates: June 15th through June 26th (2-week assignment).
Location: Olympia WA.
Requirements for Temporary Office Assistant:
Prior baseline experience utilizing QuickBooks is required.
Strong phone etiquette active listening skills and professional communication habits.
Previous office administrative or customer service experience preferred.
Exceptional punctuality reliability and attention to detail.
