HR Generalist Recruiter

Accessible Space Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Recruiter to support our Human Resources Department in recruiting and selection processes at our administrative office in St Paul MN.

Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with hiring managers to expedite and optimize the recruitment and selection process with a focus on Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff. 
• Reviewing open requisitions for new qualified applicants obtaining interview availability and contacting applicants to provide information on the open positions and conducting phone screens and interviews
• Conduct and document reference checks
• Survey new-hires and recent terms to assess their employment experience at ASI

Qualifications :

• Two years of administrative support experience
• One year of recruitment experience
• Excellent independent initiative time management and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and database applications
• Ability to handle shifting priorities
