Delivery Driver

This role is 40% driving and 60% in-home technical assembly and client relations. If you prefer high-volume drop-and-go routes this is not the role for you. If you take pride in technical assembly and providing a luxury service experience we invite you to apply.

Job Summary

Perform deliveries and in-home installations. Must drive a company box truck. Pull prep and assemble high-end furniture. Help in the warehouse when needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Driving a box truck to make in-home deliveries.
• Maintaining a clean driving record.
• Prep and assemble furniture and accessories in a customers home.
• Receive and process products and store them in the correct warehouse location.
• May operate forklift dolly pallet jack and reach truck using all safety equipment.
• Pull transfers for all store and warehouse locations to load.
• Loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Learn and use company software to update all transfers receiving and inventory moves.
• Keep warehouse clean including bathrooms.
• Permanent or temporary duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience driving a box truck. (Minimum 3 years).
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record and qualify to be insured by the company.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• 1-year warehouse and furniture delivery experience preferred.
• High School education or equivalent.
