Job Summary

BLY Transport Inc is currently seeking reliable and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a delivery driver you will be an essential part of our operations responsible for delivering packages to our valued customers in a safe and timely manner. Responsibilities: and nbsp; and nbsp;

Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations within assigned routes and nbsp; and nbsp;
Load and unload goods from the vehicle while ensuring proper handling and securing of items and nbsp; and nbsp;
Verify and reconcile delivery orders with customers to ensure accuracy and nbsp; and nbsp;
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner and nbsp; and nbsp;
Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle reporting any issues or damages to the appropriate personnel and nbsp; and nbsp;
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and lawful driving practices and nbsp; and nbsp;
Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery of goods and nbsp; and nbsp;
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise and nbsp; and nbsp;
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner and nbsp; and nbsp;

Requirements: and nbsp; and nbsp;

High school diploma or equivalent and nbsp; and nbsp;
Must be 21 years old or above and nbsp; and nbsp;
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and nbsp; and nbsp;
Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is a boon but not a mandate. Freshers are encouraged to apply as well. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations and nbsp; and nbsp;
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally and nbsp; and nbsp;
Ability to navigate and use GPS or other route optimization devices and nbsp; and nbsp;
Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages as required. Ability to lift upto 50 lbs physically and maneuver upto 150 lbs and nbsp;is desirable and nbsp; and nbsp;
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and nbsp; and nbsp;
Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision and nbsp; and nbsp;
