• Meet all service standards set forth by the client or the company.
• Estimate each loss using a 3rd party estimating software Xactimate or Symbility (as required). Train on these estimating tools as needed.
• Utilize PDO QA for peer review
• Ensure each project achieves a minimum gross profit margin as determined by company standards.
• Complete estimates within 24 hours of assignment
• Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements.

• Knowledge of technology (iPhone iPad computer)
• Customer Service Skills
• Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS Xactimate Symbility MICA and additional systems as requested
• Ability to create documents
• Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
• Ability to work independently and / or with a team
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
• Ability to work within hazardous environments safely
• Maintain a level of confidentiality

• Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility required
• Experience with both Mitigation and Reconstruction (Repair) estimating
• Estimating industry experience
• Customer Service

• Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
• Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 80% of the time
• Constantly operates a computer
