What will I be doing

The Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all guests applicants and team members entering the Human Resources office creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet assist and provide prompt courteous service to guests applicants and team members
• Support Human Resources Managers with a wide range of administrative and clerical duties including:
  • Word processing typing and email correspondence
  • Filing and data entry
  • Answering phones and responding to inquiries
  • Processing mail and maintaining records
  • Taking notes and/or dictation as needed
• Perform general office duties such as faxing copying and organizing documents
• Assist with additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed
