Job Description

Digital Engineering Lead (BIM)

Due to success in winning a number of projects ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Digital Engineering Lead (BIM) to join ACCIONAs Digital Engineering team driving BIM excellence across major infrastructure projects in Australia.

Reporting to the Digital Engineering Manager this role is central to shaping and delivering digital engineering outcomes across complex multidisciplinary projects.

About the Role:

You will lead BIM strategy implementation and coordination championing model-baseddeliveryand alignment with international standards. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders you will ensure high-quality design coordination efficient construction workflows andaccurateasset information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BIM strategies standards and execution plans aligned with ACCIONAs Digital Engineering framework
  • Lead BIM delivery across multidisciplinary design and construction teams
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements ISO 19650 and project digital deliverables
  • Facilitatemodel reviews clash detection and coordination processes
  • Manage BIM platforms including Revit Navisworks Civil 3D ACC ProjectWise andRevizto
  • Maintaintemplates object libraries and QA/QC processes
  • Mentor teams and uplift digital capability across projects
  • Collaborate with client

Required Skills and Competencies

What Youll Bring

  • Degree in Engineering Construction Management Design Management or similar
  • Strong BIM experience on major infrastructure or large-scale construction projects
  • Sound knowledge of ISO 19650 and digital engineering best practice
  • Advanced capability in BIM authoring and coordination tools
  • Strong leadership communication and stakeholder engagement skills
