Skills & Qualifications Needed
- Great personality with exceptional negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and service-minded with a flair for client interaction
- Strong communication abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of the hotel industry and the meetings & events business
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming inquiries from clients
- Demonstrate creativity in your sales approach by customizing proposals
- Conduct site inspections with the goal of securing business opportunities
- Draft negotiate and finalize contracts
- Responsible for own proposals by actively working with Pipeline Management
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage future and repeat business
- Client meetings and tour of house
- Collaborate closely with the F&B Team Event Team Planning Team and Field Sales Team
