Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior ML Engineer to lead the development of our AI Agent this role you will be responsible for defining the product vision strategy and roadmap as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our innovative product to market. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI technology and make a significant impact in an early-stage startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists researchers and domain experts to design and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms

- Develop and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training evaluation and deployment

- Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments ensuring high performance and reliability

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI natural language processing and computer vision and apply relevant techniques to improve existing models

- Contribute to the development of best practices guidelines and standards for machine learning engineering within the organization

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Machine Learning or a related technical field

- 8 years of industry experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role

- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch TensorFlow etc

- Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems and experience deploying models on cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure)

- Knowledge of modern MLOps practices including CI/CD pipelines model versioning and monitoring

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Experience with generative AI models such as GPT DALL-E or Stable Diffusion is a plus
