Groundworker ( Plot Works & Dumper)

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for experienced and reliable Groundworkers to join our teams on a busy project in New Romney. This role will focus on plot drainage and external works including slabs kerbs and edgings. You will also be required to operate a forward tipping dumper as part of daily site activities supporting the delivery of safe efficient and high-quality groundwork packages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out plot drainage works including installation of pipes manholes and ducting in line with drawings and specifications
• Complete external works such as laying slabs kerbs and edgings to a high standard
• Operate a forward tipping dumper safely and efficiently around site
• Carry out general groundworks including digging backfilling and concreting
• Assist with setting out levels and working from drawings
• Support plant operations including banking machinery where required
• Maintain a clean safe and organised work environment at all times
• Work collaboratively as part of a gang to meet programme targets

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CSCS Groundworker card (or equivalent) with proven experience
• CPCS or NPORS (CSCS-affiliated) Forward Tipping Dumper ticket essential
• Strong experience in plot drainage and external works (slabs kerbs edgings)
• Ability to read drawings follow levels and work to specifications
• Reliable punctual and a strong team player
• Right to work in the UK

• CPCS/NPORS Ride-On Roller
• CAT & Genny ticket
• Safety Critical Medical
