Job Summary
The Building People LLC has a position open for a full-timeReal Property Specialist(Technical Support)in Columbia SC.
The Real Property Specialist shall provide technical and engineering support across planning design and execution phases of Army Reserve construction projects and support shall include field data collection technical drafting civil engineering and mechanical engineering services.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum of three (3) years experience
- Experience in technical engineering and architecture techniques including the ability to create and review drawings and other renderings
- Must be able to utilize Microsoft Office programs
Required Education
- Bachelors degree or higher in Civil Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
Certificates Licenses Registrations Clearance:
- Current favorable or eligible for a National Agency Check with Inquiry (NACI) clearance in accordance with AR 38067
- Valid Drivers License
