The role
This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape a highimpact Compliance program across ANZ and influence how a global medical technology leader operates with integrity. You will partner closely with executive leaders to protect people patients and the business while enabling sustainable growth in a highly regulated environment. If you enjoy business partnering solving complex risk challenges and setting the tone at the top this role offers meaningful scope and visibility.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee the ANZ Compliance program ensuring alignment with global strategy while adapting to regional business needs.
• Partner with senior leaders and the Compliance Committee to identify assess and mitigate material compliance risks that impact business performance.
• Establish and reinforce a culture of ethics and integrity by setting clear expectations governance and accountability across leadership teams.
• Design implement and continuously improve compliance policies training and guidance to meet legal regulatory and business requirements.
• Implement effective compliance controls including monitoring auditing thirdparty oversight and corrective action processes.
• Analyze compliance and business metrics to inform strategy prioritize resources and measure program effectiveness.
• Report regularly on compliance program status risks and improvement initiatives to regional and global leadership.
• Represent the organization in relevant industry forums incorporating external best practices and regulatory trends into program enhancements.

What you will need

Required

• Minimum bachelors degree in law business finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience including compliance experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Demonstrated experience designing or leading elements of an enterprise compliance program aligned to regulatory standards and ethical codes.

Preferred

• Graduate degree (e.g. law business administration) or professional compliance accreditation.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and governance committees at regional or country level.
• Experience overseeing thirdparty compliance and indirect channel partner risk management.
