Job Summary

Commercial Property Solicitor -Bishops Stortfordwith hybrid working

Client
A top regional full-service law firm who pride themselves on exceptional client service

Role

Work on complex and high-quality commercialreal estate matters
Provide clients with high quality and proactive legal advice that meets their needs
Managing files drafting contracts checking titles preparing initial reports to clients on initial paperwork and documentation
Applying for and reporting on local searches index map searches and any other relevant searches
Undertaking and confirming exchange of contracts and advising parties
Support senior team members with client work

You

Ideally 1 years PQE in commercial property law
Commercially astute and strategic thinker
