Locations: Hudson and Stuyvesant

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position ranges from $17.00 to $17.25 per hour depending on the assigned addition select worksites offer a $2.00 per hour stipend which is added to the base rate.

All shifts include paid sleep hours in a residential support setting. These three (3) overnight sleep positions are benefit-eligible and accrue paid time off (PTO) on a bi-weekly basis. Position - 2 - 40 Hours/Week - Stuyvesant NY

• Monday 11pm - 9am
• Tuesday 11pm - 9am
• Wednesday 11pm - 9am
• Thursday 11pm - 9am

Position - 3 - 40 Hours/Week - Hudson NY

• Sunday 11pm - 9am
• Monday 11pm - 9am
• Tuesday 11pm - 9am
• Wednesday 11pm - 9am

What Youll Do

As a Direct Support Professional youll:

• Assist individuals in making choices and decisions that enhance their independence.
• Support daily activities including personal care meal preparation and household tasks.
• Encourage participation in community activities and social events.
• Provide emotional and physical support fostering a safe and respectful environment.
• Document and communicate progress ensuring person-centered care

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (TASC) preferred.
• Exceptional communication and computer skills.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to be certified in all required trainings.
• Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.
• One-year experience working with persons with disabilities (preferred).
