Sr Content & Experience Strategist
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Content & Experience Specialist who can craft intuitive human-centered experiences across web in-app community and social touchpoints. This role blends storytelling UX writing content strategy customer education AI-assisted content and data-driven decision-making to make products like Photoshop and Lightroom easier to understand more engaging to use and inspiring to explore.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can independently drive high-impact leadership-driven initiatives end-to-end with minimal managerial oversight while balancing multiple roles including strategist content creator editor analyst and project manager.
Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Customer Enablement- Define deliver and lead content strategies that improve customer self-service and product enablement across:
- Web
- In-app experiences
- Community platforms
- Social channels
- Knowledge/support ecosystems
- Develop content plans aligned with product goals customer outcomes and broader business initiatives.
- Support cross-organizational and cross-domain content and experience programs.
- Write intuitive UI/UX copy that enhances product usability user flows and customer understanding.
- Create clear engaging AI assistant dialogues that guide users through product features and workflows.
- Ensure all content aligns with Writing Principles and Style Guide.
- Deliver highly accurate quality-controlled Agentic content with stakeholder reviews and real-user validation.
- Analyze customer behavior support trends product usage and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with data insights teams to identify:
- User pain points
- Troubleshooting needs
- Knowledge gaps
- Search behavior
- Content opportunities
- Use analytics to refine content strategies and improve usability discoverability ARR and product adoption.
