Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the People & Culture strategy in alignment with SLS brand values and business goals
- Partner with leadership teams to drive a culture of engagement creativity and high performance across the property
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts attracting diverse talent with personality potential and passion
- Manage workforce planning headcount tracking and support succession planning initiatives
- Drive performance management processes ensuring they are impactful fair and aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives that inspire growth leadership and self-expression
- Champion employee engagement activities and create meaningful moments across the employee lifecycle
- Support recognition programs that celebrate individuality contribution and excellence in true SLS style
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws Saudization requirements and company policies
- Manage and oversee all government HR platforms (including but not limited to GOSI Qiwa Muqeem and Mudad) ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee records visas contracts and regulatory requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters supporting fair and consistent resolutions
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records leveraging data to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure People & Culture initiatives enhance operational performance
- Support and guide the People & Culture team in delivering a seamless and elevated employee experience
Qualifications :
- 5 years in Human Resources within luxury hotels or lifestyle hospitality.
- Strong experience in pre-opening and ramp-up environments is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia labor law is a strong advantage.
- Youre a people-first leader with emotional intelligence a flair for hospitality and a deep commitment to creating meaningful team experiences.
- Fluent in EnglishÂ
